minerdeals.eu is a free, independent price-comparison site for cryptocurrency miners sold by European webshops. We automatically scrape publicly listed product and pricing data from the shops we track and display it in one place.

We are not a seller, marketplace, or intermediary. We don't list our own stock, process orders, take payments, ship goods, or handle returns or warranty claims. Any purchase you make happens entirely on the seller's own webshop, under the seller's own terms.

By using minerdeals.eu you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site's features, such as subscribing to price alerts.

Prices on this site are best-effort estimates of landed cost: the seller's listed price, adjusted to exclude the seller's VAT where applicable, plus VAT for your selected destination country, plus estimated shipping. When a source shop prices in USD, we convert to EUR using daily reference exchange rates.

• Scraped prices can be outdated by the time you view them (we re-scrape on a schedule, not in real time).
• VAT rates, shipping costs, stock status, and product availability can change at any time without notice.
• Some sellers' listed prices may not clearly separate VAT; our de-taxing is an estimate.
• Currency conversion uses reference rates that may differ from your card's or bank's rate.

Always confirm the final price, VAT, shipping, and stock on the seller's checkout page before buying. The price you pay is the one the seller charges — not the one we display.

• Don't scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy our data or content without written permission.
• Don't attempt to access the staff-only admin area, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
• Don't subscribe email addresses to alerts without the owner's consent, or abuse the alert system.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access or terminate alert subscriptions for abuse.

Alerts are a free convenience: one email when a tracked miner's landed price drops, either site-wide or for a specific product you follow. Delivery depends on third-party email infrastructure and isn't guaranteed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the one-click link in every alert email. Alerts are informational only — a "price drop" notification is not an offer, and we're not responsible if the seller's actual price differs.

The site's design, code, and compilation of data are ours. Product names, images, brands, and prices belong to their respective sellers and manufacturers and are shown here for identification and comparison under fair-use principles. Rights holders who believe their content is misused can contact us and we'll remove it.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices shown are current or correct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, minerdeals.eu and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from (a) reliance on prices or product information shown here, (b) any purchase made with a third-party seller, including non-delivery, defects, customs charges, or warranty disputes, or (c) temporary unavailability of the site or its alert emails. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to seller webshops are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or privacy practices — each seller's own terms and privacy policy apply to your purchase.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site (including which shops we track) at any time. We may also update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state where the site operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
